Yoga Therapy The practice of yoga is healing
for both body and mind. We have the ability to heal aches, pains and deep emotional stress simply through moving, strengthening,
and listening to what our body has to tell us. By accepting, and paying attention to injured, tight, and blocked areas we
can understand and free ourselves from deep emotional and physical pain and tension.
I invite you to enter a safe
haven to explore the inside of your body, quiet your mind, heighten your intuition and expand your breath. You will experience
many benefits, including: * Greater strength * Increased
capacity of the lungs * Reduced aches and pains * A calmer, more
focused mind * Increased attention span * A calmer,
more focused mind * Greater ability to handle difficult life situations with ease Jacqueline specializes in providing fully customized private Yoga Therapy sessions to meet clients' interests and
needs. During the session we work with specific intentions, based on what the client hopes to achieve, to deeply heal
imbalances in the body and mind. The combination of setting the thoughts in a positive direction, and moving through
yoga postures that support the intentions, is extremely effective as it works both the body and mind simultaneously.
Recurrent and destructive thought patterns are often lodged deeply in our bodily tissues and can be released through yoga
therapy. Private yoga or yoga therapy sessions are 1-hour or 1 1/2-hours
in length and are $90 per hour (additional charge for home visits).
