Guided Hatha Yoga Practice CD: Contains a 55 minute hatha yoga practice with a variety of
poses and a 12 minute relaxation/savasana at the end. It also contains a poster showing the poses. Jacqueline's expert guidance
will lead you in a full yoga practice to build strength, flexibility, balance and calm.
Guided Meditations CD: Contains three - 20 minute meditations/relaxations. Two are practiced lying down and one
is a seated Tibetan Buddhist meditation. Jacqueline's soothing voice will lead you through meditation and relaxation practices
to calm the central nervous system and enhance concentration.
